Observation

The detective provided licensor still footage from the video of the employee pulling the child by the shirt and restraining another child in her lap by holding the child down with her legs. During licensor the onsite the employee was in the toddler 1 room sitting with toddler attempting to put the child down for nap. The employee reported she could not get children to sleep because they could not lay down willingly and requested for additional support. ?? "No observation provided."
